In my early 20s, hard work, ambition, and dedication landed me a career in the fast-paced world of Investment Banking. I have worked in top-tier firms that have allowed me to thrive in dynamic environments with outstanding individuals, where I have been stretched and challenged to perform my best.

My journey has taken me to different countries and given me the opportunity to experience and appreciate diverse cultures.

As a COO in leading global financial institutions and consultancy firms I have had the opportunity to partner with remarkable CEOs. A COO in Investment Banking Advisory involves managing the strategic agenda and day-to-day business management on behalf of the CEO. In Advisory, a key component of the operating model is the people. This lies at the heart of the COO Investment Banking Advisory role. Developing the best people to get the job done as efficiently and successfully as possible in a challenging, high-pressure environment.

Being the COO and a core member of the leadership team has given me unique insights into live challenges faced at all levels, regions and cultures. It has helped me develop key skills transferrable to Executive Coaching, including strategic thinking, empathy and emotional intelligence.

My mandate has always been to enable and empower others to execute their mission, being a trusted advisor and thought partner.

At the same time, I learnt to survive and thrive in disruptive operating environments. These included the tech boom and bust, the financial crisis, multiple recessions, Brexit, the Great Resignation, and the global pandemic, to name a few.

This environment, my unique position (a peripheral view, being part of the big picture as well as on the front line) and my natural empathy meant I quickly became the go-to person for team members, helping others achieve their own successes. In this way, I have evolved to become an Executive Coach.

My purpose as an Executive Coach is to help others overcome challenges, to reach their aspirations and full potential, to be the best version of themselves.

I am a certified Executive Coach from Henley Business School UK, and an accredited Associate Certified Coach ‘ACC’ with the International Coaching Federation ‘ICF’; I hold an International MBA and a BA (Hons) in Management.

I am from the Channel Islands and have lived in the UK, France, Spain and the US. I love speaking different languages.
